Package Credit & Refund Policy
- Sharing Package Credits: Package credits offer flexibility and can be shared with family members or friends, allowing your loved ones to enjoy our services.
- Refund Policy: Should you decide to discontinue the package, a refund is available on the remaining balance. For payments made via credit card, a 5% administrative fee will be deducted from the total package value. Payments made through PayNow are exempt from this fee, providing flexibility and convenience to suit your preferences.
